What the CBOs terms cover
This page gives users and crawlers a local legal route. The complete legal wording remains available on the official CBOs Shopify policy page.
Account access
The Studio uses Google or Apple sign-in. Users must be at least 18 years old and remain responsible for activity on their account.
Subscription and tokens
CBOS Pro Monthly, tokens and top-ups are governed by the shop terms. Token use depends on the AI feature, quality and resolution selected.
Payments and refunds
Subscription and top-up payments are processed through Shopify. Purchases are generally final unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Physical production
Custom cap production is quote-based, handled via WhatsApp or email, and each order is governed by the written quote before payment.
Intellectual property
User content remains the user's content. CBOS receives a limited license to process files only to provide the requested service.
