Account and project data
CBOS sign-in uses Google or Apple OAuth. CBOS may process account identity, project metadata, uploaded creative content, 3D files, textures and completed renders.
AI feature data
When AI features are used, prompts, images, 3D files or render settings may be processed by providers such as fal.ai, Google Gemini and RunPod.
Purchases and production
Purchases are handled through Shopify. Payment card data is handled by Shopify and does not pass through CBOS systems.
Cookies and attribution
CBOS uses essential storage for sign-in and editor recovery, plus optional analytics, attribution and marketing identifiers where consent applies.
Rights and retention
Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. CBOS normally replies within 30 days.
