An AI image generator invents a hat. The panels, the seams and the stitching in the picture do not correspond to anything that can be cut and sewn, and the same prompt twice gives you two different caps. Yes. The Studio turns the same 3D cap into a 360 spin as well as stills, which is the format that works for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and product-page galleries. It is a camera orbit around a real 3D model, so the cap keeps the same panels, the same seams and the same logo placement in every frame. An AI video cannot promise that.
One physical sample is $60 and takes about 7 days. Production runs from 50 pieces per design and colorway at roughly $10-15 a cap, about 14 days after the sample is approved, with payment split 50/50 and production in the USA and/or China. CBOs is not a no-minimum print-on-demand service: the range is 1 sample to 50+.
