Privacy Policy – CBOs

ClothingBrandOwners ("us", "we", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. This Policy describes how our mobile application handles user information.

Our philosophy is privacy-by-design: the app is designed to operate entirely on your device. Your project data never leaves your control.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect personal data.

The app does not require account creation and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal identifiers.

User-Generated Data (Local Storage Only).

Project files (3D models, textures, 2D layers, texts, effects, custom materials, imported fonts) are stored exclusively in the secure memory of your device (iOS “sandbox”).

Photo Library Access.

The app may request access to your photo library, only with your explicit consent, for the sole purpose of importing images as textures or layers. The chosen images are copied locally into the project and are not transmitted to third parties.

No Tracking.

• We do not collect usage data, statistics, telemetry, nor do we use advertising or analytics tools.
• We do not collect device IDs, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or other identifiers.
• We do not send crash logs to external servers.

2. Data Storage and Security

All data remains on your device, within the app's secure sandbox. Protection is guaranteed by the security measures of the iOS operating system (e.g., Face ID, Touch ID, passcode).

Since we do not have access to your data and do not save it on remote servers, any breach of our systems cannot compromise your projects.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your data with anyone.

The only exception occurs if you choose to export content (renders, textures, videos) via the “Export” function, which uses the standard iOS share sheet (UIActivityViewController). In this case, you decide with whom and where to share the files.

4. Your Rights and Choices

Access and Modification: You can access and modify your projects at any time within the app.

Deletion: You can permanently delete projects from the app. Uninstalling the app results in the permanent deletion of all locally stored data.

5. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with data, please contact us: we will delete it immediately.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. We encourage you to review it regularly.
